The Clintonian answer came after rumors that she is thinking about running for office, but said she’s not ready to challenge President Donald J. Trump in 2020:“I think to run for public office, though, a few things have to be true. I think you have to have a clear vision of what you would do in a given job. You have to have a clear sense that you’re the best person for that job.”
But then she made it clear that she has her eye on higher office. This is horrible:
“I clearly don’t agree with our president, but I’m definitely not the right person to run to defeat him in 2020. So, right now, the answer is no. But I think we all need to be asking ourselves that question periodically. And I hope that a lot of young people kinda use the election to think, ‘Wow, should I run for public office? Am I the right person for a given job?’ Whether it’s a school board or a senator.”

Chelsea Clinton, like her mother, has accomplished nothing in life. But she has learned how to make a career out of grifting and using the media and her family name to her advantage. Chelsea Clinton is clearly a savvy political operator, and with her experience at the Clinton Foundation she knows exactly how to bend the rules to raise money for political reasons. The question isn’t “if” Chelsea Clinton will run… It’s “when.”
